Children's Classic beautifully written in a version by Beni Montresor and taken from the opera of Gioacchino Rossini. Has full page Color Illustrations by Montresor opposite each text page. Originally published in 1965.

This delightful vintage book is in Very Good condition. No book jacket, however, the binding is tight and the pages are clean and unmarked. There are no personal markings. There is minimal wear to the covers, including some fading and one dark spot on the bottom of front cover.
